Our Toso Rosé Brut sparkling wine is 95% Chardonnay and 5% Malbec made from grapes in the vineyards 720 meters above sea level fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, and foamed carbonated using the Charmat method slowly and gently at a temperature between 16-18°C.
On the palate it is harmonious, creamy and complex, with marked acidity and freshness, with hints of green apple, peach and compote.

Charmat Method carried out in autoclave tanks at a controlled temperature of no
more than 18°C.

A greenish sparkling wine with yellow tones and fine, delicate and persistent bubbles.
It reminds of pear and stone fruit like the white peach.
The palate is velvety, creamy and complex. Good freshness and harmonious finish.
Serving Temperature: between 8 and 12 °C.
Perfect match to fish and seafood dishes.
