Our Toso Rosé Brut sparkling wine is 95% Chardonnay and 5% Malbec made from grapes in the vineyards 720 meters above sea level fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, and foamed carbonated using the Charmat method slowly and gently at a temperature between 16-18°C.
On the palate it is harmonious, creamy and complex, with marked acidity and freshness, with hints of green apple, peach and compote.

Barrancas, Maipú District, Mendoza. 720 metres above sea level.
Slow and gentle stainless steel tanks fermentation with selected yeast sowing at 16°- 18° C.
Charmat Method followed in autoclave tanks at a controlled temperature of no more than 18°C.
2-month lees aging.

A salmon-pink sparkling wine with fine, delicate and persistent bubbles.
Reminiscent of green apple, peach and compote.
Harmonious, creamy and complex on the mouth with marked acidity and freshness.
Serving Temperature: between 8 and 12 °C.
To accompany appetizers, salads or sushi, or more complex dishes such as white meat.
