Pascual Toso wines are the expression of our passion, our commitment to quality, to the knowledge and terroir of Las Barrancas. 

The vines are specially selected for each of our lines with the aim of achieving the best quality in unique and superior wines. 

The grapes for Pascual Toso Estate come from vineyards that are 15 to 25 years old.

Plants are drip irrigated, managing the flow of water for best results.

Fruity, fresh, elegant and easy to drink, they are the typical expression of Argentine wine that captivates the world.

The portfolio includes the Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Blend, Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Vinification

Pressing. The obtained juice is next submitted to pectolytic enzymes in a controlled atmosphere. Slowly and gently, stainless-steel-tank fermentation with selected yeasts
takes place at 16°-18° C. There is no malolactic fermentation.

Aging

30-40% of the wine is matured in contact with French oak for 3 months

Tasting notes

Greenish, limpid and bright.
A fresh wine that reminds of green apple, lime and floral notes.
Marked freshness and delicate acidity, with flavors related to white peach and pineapple. Elegant and wide finish.
