Pascual Toso wines are the expression of our passion, our commitment to quality, to the knowledge and terroir of Las Barrancas. 

The vines are specially selected for each of our lines with the aim of achieving the best quality in unique and superior wines. 

The grapes for Pascual Toso Estate come from vineyards that are 15 to 25 years old.

Plants are drip irrigated, managing the flow of water for best results.

Fruity, fresh, elegant and easy to drink, they are the typical expression of Argentine wine that captivates the world.

The portfolio includes the Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Blend, Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Vinification

Cold maceration for 36 hours at 10°C. Once selected yeasts are sowed, fermentation
process begins and stretches for 3 weeks at 20-25°C.

Aging

30-40% of the wine is matured for 8 months in second-fill American and French oak barrels.
