Our Champenoise Method Brut Rosé sparkling wine is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Malbec, raised in vineyards of 720 meters above sea level and harvested manually. It is fermented in bottles with selected yeasts, in contact with lees for 12 months.
In the mouth it is balanced, elegant and complex. It presents a well-achieved balance between acidity and sugar, with a broad finish.

The obtained juice is firstly treated with the application of pectolytic enzymes.
After this stage what follows is the sowing of selected yeasts and bottle fermentation at 14 C.

Residual sugar: 12 g/l
Salmon rosé with fine and persistent bubbles.
Intense and complex with delicate aromas of red fruit and toasted bread as a result of prolonged lees aging.
Poised, elegant complexity. A well accomplished correspondence between sugar and acidity with a broad finish.
Serving Temperature: 6 °C.
Raw or cooked seafood, sushi, trout and salmon. Desserts based on red fruit. It
accompanies all types of the consumers’ tastes and palates.
