Pascual Toso Cuvée Réserve Brut Nature
This limited edition is a high-end sparkling wine 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir.
Made with the Champenoise method and fermented with specially selected yeasts, it achieves its complexity, elegance and creaminess thanks to its 24 months in contact with its lees in the winery’s century-old cellar.
The idea of this sparkling wine was born to reflect the vision of the Toso family. More than 60 years ago, when the Chardonnay grape vineyards were established in Barrancas, it was said that the land was not suitable for white grapes. Trusting in their experience and instinct, the Tosos produced white grapes with an excellent profile that have garnered many and are the basis of our best sparkling wines.
In this traditional method, in which our winery has been a pioneer in Argentina since 1927, the second fermentation is made in the same bottle that accompanies the sparkling wine throughout its process, until it reaches the final consumer.
It presents a fine bubble that draws an elegant and attractive crown. In the mouth it is complex, creamy and with good acidity and beautifully balanced.

Pascual Toso Brut Rosé Método Champenoise
Our Champenoise Method Brut Rosé sparkling wine is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Malbec, raised in vineyards of 720 meters above sea level and harvested manually. It is fermented in bottles with selected yeasts, in contact with lees for 12 months.
In the mouth it is balanced, elegant and complex. It presents a well-achieved balance between acidity and sugar, with a broad finish.

Our Selected collection (reserve range) are wines made from grapes from selected vines from 30 to 50 years old. The rocky and poor soil, combined with the climatic conditions (low humidity, high solar radiation and very cool nights) produces wines of excellent color and great concentration of aromas and flavors.

Pascual Toso Limited Edition - Malbec
From our Estate, located in one of the best wine-growing areas in Mendoza, is obtained a fine and delicious Malbec.
The wine is seeded with selected yeasts and ferments at 26°C between 15-20 days. Maceration takes from 10 to 15 days more. Prior to bottling, the wine is filtered. This process allows the wine to accomplish a bright appearance.
Is clean and fruitful in the nose.
Plums and quince aromas, with a touch of elegant oak. Blackberry and licorice fruit in the mouth. Rich and long finish with smoky accents of vanilla and lingering oak.
Magdalena Toso
The best quality of each vintage, an ultra-Premium blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Selection of grapes from the best vineyards in Barrancas, harvested by hand in small boxes.

Finca Pedregal
Pascual Toso Finca Pedregal is a special blend of 70% Malbec and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, the maximum expression of two unique vineyards that the Toso family planted in 1950.
Aged in oak barrels for 18 months (Cabernet Sauvignon in American oak and Malbec in French oak), it is an intense, elegant, smooth, refined wine with a pleasing palate due to its complexity and firm and sweet tannins.

Pascual Toso Alta is the first of our Premium wines. To them we dedicate the oldest vineyard and specific plots of our property to express the majesty of our Barrancas terroir.

Barrancas Toso Terroir Selection is an exclusive Blend of Malbec (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) that expresses the terroir style of our vineyards in Barrancas, Mendoza.
Each of them was matured for 18 months in first-use Hungarian oak barrels.
Captivating due to its bright red with garnet flashes, it is a structured wine, with soft tannins that give it breadth and a long finish.

Our Toso Rosé Brut sparkling wine is 95% Chardonnay and 5% Malbec made from grapes in the vineyards 720 meters above sea level fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, and foamed carbonated using the Charmat method slowly and gently at a temperature between 16-18°C.
On the palate it is harmonious, creamy and complex, with marked acidity and freshness, with hints of green apple, peach and compote.

Toso Dulce
Toso Dulce is a very aromatic and complex sparkling wine, 100% Chardonnay, from vineyards at 720 meters above sea level. With the juice that is obtained, pectolytic enzymes are seeded in the wine. Then it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 16-18° for 15 days, obtaining a base with delicate aromas and low alcohol content.
It presents a balanced acidity and sweetness that make it an ideal sparkling wine to enjoy at all times.

Pascual Toso Brut Nature Método Champenoise
This variety of Brut Nature is a sparkling 100% Chardonnay.
In this traditional method, in which our winery has been a pioneer in Argentina since 1927, the second fermentation is made in the same bottle that accompanies the sparkling wine throughout its process, until it reaches the final consumer.
The sparkling wine process follows the same craft and technique set by our master champagne makers 100 years ago.
After several months in contact with its lees, the wooden rack or ´pupitre´ job begins. This process involves manual disgorgement or removal of excess lees until the wine is ready to be topped up with the expedition liquor (liqueur d´expedition) that will provide a balanced and delicate flavour.

Our Champenoise Method Brut Rosé sparkling wine is 80% Chardonnay and 20% Malbec, raised in vineyards of 720 meters above sea level and harvested manually. It is fermented in bottles with selected yeasts, in contact with lees for 12 months.
In the mouth it is balanced, elegant and complex. It presents a well-achieved balance between acidity and sugar, with a broad finish.
